This is lunch time. In addition to being nutritious and vegetarian, it is recommended to have some soup and less salt.
Drink alcohol but not drunk.
You should sleep for half an hour after meals, not too much.
At noon (1 to 3 in the afternoon), the small intestine is ordered.
After taking a nap, do a small amount of gentle exercise and drink a cup of tea.
When applied (3 to 5 pm), the bladder was ordered.
This is the best time to study, and both memory and judgment are active.

At 酉 (5-7 pm), the kidney meridian was ordered.
This is the best time for kidney deficiency.
Dinner should be light and light, and you can drink porridge.
